The process starts by completing our online form. We will use the information on the form to open the relevant accounts. You will need to attach a few documents to the form, which will be mentioned.
Once we have received your online form, we will go through the documents and determine if they are acceptable, if not we will send you an email requesting either updated or additional documents.
Once we are happy with the documents supplied, we will pass them on to our TOC partner for them to process, after which they will send you an electronic envelope that contains the relevant mandates to sign.
Once the mandates have been signed and submitted back to our TOC partner, they will submit the mandates to the bank so that the bank can start the process to create your forex account.
Once the signed mandates have been submitted to the bank, we can expect your forex bank details to be issued within a 72 hour period.
Once you have received your bank details, you can make an EFT payment across to your forex account for us to start the trading process.
Once your account has been opened by our TOC partner, and you have transferred your trading capital into the account we ask our TOC for a statement of the account.
Once we receive your bank statement from our TOC partner, our registered tax practioners will submit an Approval of International Transfer application for you with SARS.
Our TOC partner will then proceed to purchase foreign currency with the funds that are in your named forex account and settle the funds to the offshore beneficiary that we have created.
Once our TOC has booked your Rands in foreign currency, we will then monitor the respective exchange rate movements during the time your funds are in transit. We will then either replace the amount or deduct the amount from you depending on how the exchange rate moved. This protects you from any foreign exchange fluctions.
Once your funds land at the offshore beneficiary, the foreign currency that gets deposited will be automatically converted into a digital version of that currency and be sent to your South African digital asset account with us.
Once your digital currency tokens settle in your digital asset account, our automated software will then monitor the market and execute your trade at the best possible rates.
Once your all digital currency tokens have been sold, your funds will be withdrawn to your forex account that our TOC partner opened for you. This process is then repeated until you have exhausted your annual allowances.
Once your trading capital has been transferred to your forex account at our TOC partner, you can simply sit back and relax while we allow your money to work for you. We will communicate throughout every step of the process so that you have peace of mind knowing what the status of your capital is at all times.
Due to all the fees that are charged by our partners, we recommend using no less than R150 000 to trade with. We have a source of funds policy that will need to be adhered to before you can start trading.
